Bike / Run “Bricks” + Strength Saturdays

Bike / Run Brick Training

We absolutely love both the Schwinn Spin Bikes and the space at the Berwick Fitness Centre so we are excited about offering the Bike/Run Brick Training in Berwick Saturday afternoons. We have a little hiccup this week so we will be at ACADIA ONLY for this week – in the spin room (old squash court ) for an 11 am start on the bikes. We’ll be doing a short run off the bike and will have a strength and mobility session too – bring a yoga mat if you have one. There is a drop in fee of $12 for this session. Starting Saturday (February 2nd) we have two time slots available for Bike/Run Brick Workouts with triathlon specific strength/mobility. The Berwick spin bikes are amazing (with power meters) and located right next to the indoor track – athletes can also bring their own bikes and a trainer if they prefer. That said, if weather is mild and running outdoors is more desirable we can switch it up. Cycling workouts will be aligned with the foundational and build phases of the upcoming triathlon season.  These sessions are suitable for duathletes, triathletes or anyone curious about multisport and progressive training – for all levels/experience and those keen to master the wobbleless run after cycling!

@ Acadia from 11:00am – 1:00 pm 
@ Berwick (Apple Dome) from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Sign up for the Run /Bike Bricks will be through the Berwick Appledome and payment can be made in person on the first session in Berwick, or if attending only the Acadia sessions contact me at shannonread@akt3coaching.com. to arrange registration & payment.  Pricing will be a drop in fee to be determined by the Berwick Fitness Centre.
