Triathlon & Fitness Swimming – 10 Week PASS only (out of 13 sessions).
- Does not include Yearly Training Plan or additional OYO (On Your Own) workouts.
- Sundays @ Acadia Athletic Complex, Wolfville, NS.
- 4:45-5:00 PM (On Deck Activation). 5:00 -6:00 PM (Swimming).
- Number of lanes will depend on registration numbers. (Will need a minimum of 10 people to register).
- Periodized /progressive training plan for different abilities, with 5 phases and aligned with triathlon seasons.
- Beginners and experienced swimmers – split with 2 coaches.
- Weekly pass can be transferred to someone else on occasion – please let us know in advance.
- Facility pass not required.
